Minigrid ships within Canada and the USA using Canada Post Expedited Parcel service. In Canada typically delivery is within 3-5 business days. US customers please note that clearing customs may add up to two weeks to delivery times. We use the same service to send overseas, and delivery times can be 3-6 weeks.
Taxes
All residents of Canada are charged 5% GST, except Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick, which are charged 15% HST. From July 1 2010 BC residents are charged 12% HST and Ontario residents are charged 13% HST. Books are taxed 5% in all provinces and territories.
Payment
We are currently accepting credit cards sales from the US and Canada only. If you are ordering from another country we ask that you pay using Paypal. If you choose to send us a postal money order, please ensure that it is in Canadian Dollars and note that we will ship when we receive payment.
